Create Threads in PixyCAD

Threads are now easier to create in PixyCAD. If you are designing parts that screw together, the new thread feature gives you a direct way to add that detail to your model.

Threads show up in all kinds of projects: screw-on lids, threaded connectors, fasteners, and custom parts for 3D printing. They are a small detail with a big job, and building them by hand can take time away from the rest of your design.

With thread creation in PixyCAD, you can focus on the fit and function of the part you are making. Whether you are working on an enclosure or a one-off component, it is one more way to move from an idea to a useful model.
